MEP Engineer
About the role
We are looking for an MEP Engineer to join our Design & Engineering team in Bengaluru. You will coordinate MEP packages across active construction projects, liaising between design consultants, contractors and the site team to ensure MEP works are delivered to specification, within schedule milestones and budget limits.
What You'll Do
- Review and coordinate MEP design drawings, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection
- Conduct BIM clash detection and coordination across MEP disciplines
- Review contractor submittals, shop drawings and material approvals
- Monitor MEP works on site against approved drawings and specifications
- Track MEP-related RFIs and variations to resolution
- Participate in MEP commissioning and witness testing
- Assist in preparation of as-built documentation and O&M manuals
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC Engineering
- 3-6 years of MEP coordination or site supervision experience
- Experience reviewing MEP design drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with AutoCAD MEP or equivalent
- Understanding of commissioning procedures for HVAC and electrical systems
Nice to Have
- Revit MEP or Navisworks experience
- Experience in pharmaceutical or cleanroom environments
- LEED or IGBC green building knowledge
