PPMC’s core purpose is “Making complex construction simple & manageable”.
We bring value to our customers by creating crisp, specific plans and then managing them to deliver projects without cost and time overruns. PMCs often end up as Observe, Record & Report agencies for their clients, because they lack ownership of the teams deployed on site. Bottlenecks are identified only at the last minute, projects slip into firefighting mode, and most of the team’s time goes into issue resolution, escalations and endless meetings. To avoid this, we deploy teams with very specific experience, train them well, and monitor them constantly through our central PMO and in-built audit procedures.
Our Project Management Office (PMO) also ensures that processes are fully implemented on project sites, documentation is efficient, and MIS reports are on time, every time, with the right content.
