Graduate Engineer Trainee
About the role
PPMC's Graduate Engineer Trainee programme is a structured 12-month programme for BE/B.Tech Civil Engineering graduates from the 2026 batch. Trainees rotate through Project Management, QS, Design Coordination and EHS before being placed in a permanent role aligned with their aptitude.
What You'll Do
- Complete rotational programme across PM, QS, Design and EHS functions
- Assist site supervisors with daily progress monitoring and documentation
- Maintain site diaries, photographic records and inspection checklists
- Support preparation of weekly progress reports and meeting minutes
- Develop proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD and standard reporting tools
What We're Looking For
- BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, 2026 graduating batch
- Minimum 65% aggregate (or CGPA 6.5 / 10)
- Willingness to be posted to active construction sites across India
- Strong learning attitude and team orientation
Nice to Have
- Internship experience on a construction project
- Exposure to AutoCAD or MS Project
- Extra-curricular project management activities
